The Financial Aid Office maintains a listing of some of these external sources of aid. Students and their families also are urged to explore funding from organizations in their local community. Abbott & Fenner Scholarships
The A & F Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution, between the ages of 16 and 30. To apply for this scholarship you will need to write an essay on one of the two topics below. Your submissions must be sent by email to email@example.com.

Scholarships are intended for future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields of study. A $500 scholarship is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility. Applicants are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible. The Rockland County branch of the American Association of University Women is announcing their bi-annual Barbara D. Myneder Scholarship for a woman returning to continue her education toward an undergraduate degree. AAUW is a nationwide association of women and men whose mission is to advance equity for women and girls through advocacy, education and research.
The Rockland County branch, founded in 1962, awards the scholarship based on the following eligibility criteria: A woman at least 21 years of age; a Rockland County resident; a student returning to school as an undergraduate; matriculated in a degree granting program at an accredited college/university at the time of receipt of the award; must demonstrate financial need as confirmed by the college/university. The Association of Math Teachers of New York State (AMTNYS) offers scholarships designed to award undergraduate students who are potential teachers of mathematics either at the elementary or secondary school level. The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) has an education budget of $1,000,000. The NIAF will award scholarships and grants to outstanding students.
