Thinking about pursuing a career in law? Or looking to help people as a healthcare provider? At St. Thomas Aquinas College we offer students who want to pursue pre-professional programs, such as pre-law or healthcare professions (pre-med, pre-dental), options at the undergraduate level. You will be able to choose a major that interests you. We’ll partner you with an academic advisor who will prepare you for entrance exams, the application process and the rigors of professional school.
We offer a specialization in Pre-Law as part of our Philosophy & Religious Studies major. You may choose that track, or you may opt to major in Criminal Justice, Management or English. The choice is yours. And your advisor will ensure you’re preparing for your next step throughout your undergraduate years.
We also have strategic partnerships with St. John’s University (NY) and Barry University (FL) law schools providing preferential admission to STAC students.
Many students with plans to pursue a degree in the health professions opt to major in Biology, Biochemistry or the Natural Sciences. Our science professors are experts in their fields and work with you to provide a hands-on, lab-extensive experience that will prepare you to transition to a medical program, dental or health-related area upon graduation.
Additional offerings in the area include dual-degree programs in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Podiatry, and Bio-Medical Engineering. Visit our dual-degree programs page to learn more.
