Residential Camp
Registration Fee: $275

Fee includes 3 college credits, meals, and residence hall accommodations for Sunday-Friday camp.
Minimal fee may apply for some after class activities.

The SUEZ Leadership Institute for Environmental Studies at St. Thomas Aquinas College is a pre-college camp intended for students who will be High School Seniors and College Freshmen in the Fall of 2017. The Institute offers students a unique opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to create positive change on environmental issues in their own local communities and the planet as a whole, while earning 3 college credits. 

The application deadline is April 15, 2017. Any applications submitted after April 15th will be considered on a space available basis.

Forensic Science Camp at St. Thomas Aquinas College

STEM Camp for Middle School Students
Students had the opportunity to develop their interest in the practices of scientific inquiry by: working in newly renovated, state-of-the-art college science labs; using appropriate tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data; thinking critically and logically; communicating scientific procedures and explanations; and using mathematics in scientific exploration.

EXPLORING THE FIBONACCI NUMBERS CAMP AT ST. THOMAS AQUINAS COLLEGE

STEM Camp for Students Grades 1-6
By examining the Fibonacci Numbers, students explored how mathematics connects with science, art, architecture, and design. The camp included hands-on activities to allow students to investigate some of the key ideas of mathematics, such as number patterns, ratio, and proportion.

STEM Camp for Middle School Students
Ever wondered why you can enter a credit card number online and know it is secure? Have you thought about what a hacker has to do in order to steal information from an internet site? Students in the camp learned the basics of encryption and how internet security works.


ROBOTICS CAMP AT ST. THOMAS AQUINAS COLLEGE

STEM Camp for Middle School Students
Robotics is the science and technology of robots, their design, manufacture, and applications. It requires a working knowledge of electronics, software, and mechanics. Students attending the Robotics Summer Camp built, programmed, and used their own robot.
