Alumni Support of the College

Alumni can continue to participate in the life of their alma mater in many ways. STAC Alumni continue to provide leadership, guidance, and expertise as members of the College's Board of Trustees and the President's Council. Alumni also serve as volunteer leaders for many of the College's fund raising campaigns, as members of various campus planning committees, and as Alumni/Admissions Volunteers. Alumni are also called upon to guest lecture in classes, to participate in career panels and job fairs.
Alumni also participate in the life of the College through their financial support of the STAC Fund and Capital Campaigns. Alumni contributions enable the College to continually enhance academic programs and services, increase scholarship assistance, expand library resources, and upgrade computer and laboratory technology.
Moreover, the number of alumni who make a gift each year, regardless of the amount, is an important endorsement of the College and its mission. Corporations, philanthropic foundations, and other funding agencies, as well as College rating guides, always consider Alumni giving first as they evaluate and decide on granting fund requests to the College.
In addition to The STAC Fund, and Capital Campaigns, Alumni can establish a Commemorative or Memorial Scholarship in honor of family members or as a memorial to friends or relatives. Making a Gift (Takes you directly to Making a Gift section)
