We are very excited to welcome all friends and family to our annual Family Weekend celebration, to be held on-campus Friday, September 28th through Sunday, September 30th.

This year’s events include a Car Wash benefitting SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions), Family Feud, Spartan BINGO, Broadway Shows & More!!

To register for Family Weekend 2012:

Follow the steps below to complete your registration for Family Weekend:

	1.	Fill out the form below. Your information will be submitted electronically to our office.
	2.	In addition to the electronic form, you will receive a letter in the mail with Family Weekend information and a registration slip. Return the registration slip with payment for Family Weekend events to the Office of Student Activities. (You may also download the brochure and registration slip here)
	3.	Tickets will not be reserved without payment.

Family Weekend events will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have completed both steps of the registration process you will be emailed a letter confirming your payment & events.
