SUPPORTED BY ORANGE & ROCKLAND
For Middle School Students
Monday, July 16, 2018 through Friday, July 20, 2018
9:00AM - 3:00PM
Students will have the opportunity to develop their interest in the practices of scientific inquiry by: working in newly renovated, state-of-the-art college science labs using appropriate tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data, thinking critically and logically, communicating scientific procedures and explanations, and using mathematics in scientific exploration. Students will solve a "Who Done It?" case and present their findings on the last day. Students are asked to bring a cell phone (to document evidence) and a flash drive (to store their final presentation).
For more information about the STEM Camps, please contact Dr. Suzanne Reynolds, Director of STEM Camps, at 845-398-4161 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
