MBA PROGRAM

St. Thomas Aquinas College was founded in 1952 and had offered undergraduate programs in business administration since the 1960s. In 1994, St. Thomas began offering a Master of Business Administration degree program for graduate students with classes offered entirely on weekends. Students can enroll in classes that meet for nine weeks on Friday evenings from 6pm-10:25pm; similarly on Saturday or Sunday mornings from 8:30am-12:55pm. The program is split into four sessions providing students with the opportunity to sign up for a new session in September, December, March and June.

The MBA degree requires a total of 57credits, but many students earn up to 24 course waiver credits based on previous undergraduate of graduate credits and may complete the program in one year on a full-time basis. To obtain a graduate catalog, which will detail areas such as transferring graduate credits or waiving credits through proficiency exams and undergraduate course work, or to meet with a graduate admission counselor for a personal information session, call the College's MBA Office at 845-398-4109.

Program Requirements

The 33 to 57 credit program consists of 9-33 credits in core requirements, 3 credits in Business Communications, 15 credits in Finance, Management, or Marketing and 6 credits in our Capstone courses.

Faculty

Full-time faculty members and adjuncts with Business experiences will prepare MBA students for the corporate challenges of the 21st century.
