St. Thomas Aquinas College Transcript Requests
 

To assure prompt service by the Office of the Registrar to your request of college transcripts, please use the following guidelines:

To Request Transcripts in Person:

  1. Please come to Spellman Hall, Suite 101 during normal office hours. Students and/or alumni must present a valid St. Thomas Aquinas College ID or other photo ID and fill out a transcript request form. Signature required.
  2. Transcripts ordered in person are normally mailed within five business days.
  3. There is a $5.00 fee per transcripts. You may pay by check, money order (payable to St. Thomas Aquinas College), or cash.

To Request Transcripts by Mail:

  1. Requests must be made in writing. Federal regulations prohibit processing of transcripts without a written request.
  2. State the quantity and the exact mailing address where you want each transcript sent (full name, titles, office, zip code, etc.). Indicate if request is for an official or student copy.
  3. Include your current mailing address and daytime telephone number, dates of attendance and/or graduation, social security number, your signature, and your full name and any former names you may have used at the time of attendance. We are unable to release any transcripts without your signature.
  4. Enclose $5.00 for each transcript requested (checks made out to St. Thomas Aquinas College). No Cash.
