The Path toward Teacher Certification
Before you decide to become a teacher, consider the kind of student you'd like to teach. Do you see yourself teaching students in grades one through six? or grades seven through twelve? Do you see yourself as a generalist or a specialist? Do you see yourself working with students with disabilities? Your inclination to teach in a particular kind of classroom will lead you to the kind of teacher you'd like to become.
STAC offers full undergraduate and graduate programs that lead to teacher certification
In addition to the undergraduate path toward teacher certification, STAC offers a full complement of graduate programs for certified teachers that want to pursue an MSED in Literacy; Special Education; or Educational Leadership; or want to earn a Post Masters Certificate in Literacy; Special Education; or Teacher Leadership.
