A TRADITION OF CARING AND RESPECT

In 1952 the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill founded St. Thomas Aquinas College as a place where they could give individual attention to students who were preparing for teaching careers.  In the 1960s the College became coed and independent and expanded its curriculum.  Today, as a thriving liberal arts college, we offer programs that lead to degrees and careers in many contemporary fields.

Traditional Judeo-Christian values have always been important at St. Thomas Aquinas College, while the college is independent.
