- All freshmen students are not allowed to park their vehicle in the McNelis Commons residence complex.
- Any resident student who is assigned to park in McNelis Commons is not allowed to have their vehicle on the main campus from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday – Thursday. Fines will be imposed.

The Office of Residence Life distributes parking stickers for all resident student vehicles. If a resident student fails to register or park in the designated area, then Security personnel will issue a ticket for each violation. All violations after the first violation for the semester will be doubled. Parking fines are placed directly on the student's bill. Failure to comply with a parking agreement could result in the loss of the privilege to have vehicle on campus.
