What degrees do you offer?
St. Thomas Aquinas College at West Point offers two Associate Degrees: Associate in Arts-Liberal Arts and Associate in Science with a Business Administration Focus.  We also offer five Bachelor Degrees: Bachelor of Arts in History and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Social Science.

When can I start classes?
The West Point Program operates on a six-week accelerated class schedule with three sessions in the Fall, three sessions in the Spring, and two Summer Sessions, as well as a select offering of online classes, so you can be sure that classes are starting soon!

How many classes can I take per session?
Students can take a maximum of two classes per session for a total of six credits.   Classes are offered Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday.

Where and what time are the classes held?
Classes are held on post in Thayer Hall from 6:00-9:15pm.

Do you accept transfer credits?
Yes.  St. Thomas Aquinas College accepts transfer credits from accredited colleges and universities, proficiency exams like CLEP and DANTES, and applicable military experience credits as recommended on an AARTS transcript.

How much does it cost?
Beginning with the Fall Sessions 2010, the tuition charge will be $210 per credit, or $630 per class.  This is approximately one third of the main campus tuition cost.

How do I register for classes?
Students can register by completing a Registration Form in the STAC office at West Point, located in the Army Education Center.

Can I use my Army Tuition Assistance?
Yes.  Students wishing to use their TA for a St. Thomas Aquinas College course at West Point, must register for the class on the GoArmyEd portal in addition to registering with STAC.  This allows STAC to bill the Army for your complete tuition cost.

When do I pay for my classes?
Students paying out of pocket for their STAC courses are expected to submit at least a deposit equivalent to one credit ($210) at the time of registration.  The remainder will be billed to the student during the session.

How do I apply to St. Thomas Aquinas College?
Students interested in pursuing a degree with St. Thomas Aquinas College must submit a completed application, a $30 application fee, and all applicable official transcripts for transfer credit.  Upon acceptance, students will be sent a letter and an official evaluation of transfer credits as they apply to their degree plan.
