St. Thomas Aquinas College is pleased to offer a variety of degree programs to active-duty military personnel, spouses, and dependants at the United States Military Academy at West Point. With the permission of the Education Services Officer, military faculty, spouses, dependants, and civilian employees at West Point and Stewart Air National Guard Base may also qualify. Classes are offered to qualified students at a substantially reduced tuition rate, and are completed on a six-week accelerated basis. As a Service members’ Opportunity College (SOC) system member, the College will accept transfer credit from accredited colleges, proficiency exams (CLEP, CPE, DANTES) and military experience as recommended by the American Council on Education in so far as the credits awarded apply to the degree requirements.

Through the West Point Extension Program, STAC offers both Associate and Bachelor Degree Programs in the following areas: Associate Degree in Arts - Liberal Arts; Associate Degree in Science - Business Administration; Bachelor of Arts – History; Bachelor of Science - Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Social Sciences. Additional fields of study are available at our main campus in Sparkill. Matriculated (degree-seeking) students may enroll in courses on the Sparkill campus at the reduced tuition rate. These courses must fulfill graduation requirements and must be approved in advance by the Coordinator of the West Point Program.
