Registration Steps for Visiting and Guest Students:
You are considered a visiting/guest student if you are enrolled at another college and wish to register for a course or two at STAC to then transfer the credits back to your home institution.
Step One: Check Course Availability

Is This Course Still Open?
CLICK on COURSE NAME to get Detailed Class Information & Check Registration Availability
If the remaining is 1 or more, then the course is still open for registration.Please make sure that the course will count towards your major. We recommend that you meet with your academic advisor, so you are prepared to choose courses that are appropriate for your program of study. Visiting students should contact their home college/university for advisement.
Step Two: Registration
Visiting Students Online registration for Summer Session 2022 starts on Friday, April 1st and is ongoing until the first day of the course.
Visiting Students Online registration for the Fall 2022 starts on Friday, April 1st.
Please complete the Visiting Student Registration Form.
Please complete all the required sections of the Form.
Please note, your registration will be processed if the class is open. Registration in a closed course is not possible. Please review Banner Self Service to view available courses.
Step Three: Payment
Payment is expected at the time of registration. Please contact our Business Office at 845-398-4042 to arrange payment.
2022 Summer Undergraduate Tuition is $575 per credit - Summer Discount of 50% for an inderraduate student taking an undergraduate course.
2022 Graduate Tuition is $1,085 per credit.
*Some courses may carry fees.
