If you would like to request a transcript of your academic record, a transcript request form with your signature is required.
At this time, Transcripts are mailed only. Office pick up is not an option.
The process to obtain a transcript is explained below:
STEP ONE: Complete the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM.
You must sign the form and SEND IT TO US:

STEP TWO: PAY $5.00 PER TRANSCRIPT COPY.
Cash, money order or check made payable to St. Thomas Aquinas College.

ONCE we Receive your transcript request form and payment,
YOU WILL REceive an EMAIL that the transcript has been processed.
We do not email or fax transcripts.
If you are a current student, you may print an unofficial copy of your transcript at no charge by logging on to Banner Self Service for Students.
