Winter Session Registration

WINTER Session is a perfect time to catch up or get ahead! 

Whether you are a current STAC student or a visiting student trying to earn credits to graduate early or make up some classes, STAC is here to help you achieve your goals. Register for Undergraduate Winter courses and receive a 50% tuition discount! Save money, catch up, or get ahead! We welcome:

  • Current STAC Students
  • Visiting/Guest Students
  • Rising HS Juniors & Seniors
  • New High School Graduates

Online UNDERGRADUATE registration is open for our Winter Session. The Winter Interim begins Monday, January 4th and registration is ongoing until the morning each class begins.

STEPS to register

Step One: Check Course Availability

Current Students:  Search Banner Self Service
Visiting Students:  How to Search Our Dynamic Class Schedule

  • Select WINTER TERM
  • Click SUBMIT
  • It’s easiest to select Subject 
  • SEARCH Available Classes
         Is This Course Still Open?
         CLICK on COURSE NAME to get Detailed Class Information & Check Registration Availability
         If the remaining is 1 or more, then the course is still open for registration. 
  • Please make sure that the course will count towards your major.  We recommend that you meet with your academic advisor, so you are prepared to choose courses that are appropriate for your program of study.  Visiting students should contact their home college/university for advisement.

Step Two: Registration

Current STAC Students:   Please complete the Winter Registration Form.

Visiting Students at STAC:   Please complete the Visiting Student Registration Form

Please complete all the required sections of the Form.  

Please note:  your registration will be processed if the class is open.
Registration in a closed course is not possible.  Please review Banner Self Service to view available courses.

Step Three: Payment

2021 Winter Undergraduate Tuition has been reduced to $530 per credit.

2021 Winter Graduate Education Tuition is $1,050 per credit. 

*Some courses may carry fees.

Payment can be made in Banner Self Service > Student Services > Student Account > Make a Payment.
