Dual Degree Programs

The College has developed articulation agreements with several colleges and universities. Students can begin their undergraduate program at St. Thomas Aquinas College and complete a professional degree or dual bachelor degree within one of the programs below.

Chiropractic Medicine
St. Thomas Aquinas College has established a program with New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) leading to completion of both a B.S. degree in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Students follow the STAC biology curriculum for the first three years. In the fourth year, students transfer to NYCC where they will complete the STAC requirements for the biology degree while concurrently completing the first year of the chiropractic program. After successful completion of the required number of transfer credits, students may apply for the bachelor’s degree from STAC.

Physical Therapy
St. Thomas Aquinas College will prepare you for a career as a Physical Therapist through our agreement with the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at New York Medical College. Upon completion of your Biology degree at STAC, and with the recommendation of our Pre-Health/Pre-Graduate Committee you may receive priority admission and seamlessly begin your graduate study.

Podiatric Medicine
Students who have completed at least 90 credits and have completed the required courses in biology, chemistry and physics at STAC may be admitted to the first year class at New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Students will graduate from NYCPM with a B.S. in Biology and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.
