If you’re ready to submit your deposit to attend St. Thomas Aquinas College, you can do so by sending your admissions deposit of $100 as a commuting student or $250 as a resident student. You will begin receiving additional information for deposited students. This deposit will be credited towards your financial obligation to the College. It is non-refundable after May 1, 2022, for fall applicants.

Pay online using our Online Credit Card Payment* site. From the "Make a One-Time Payment" section, select STAC Admissions from the dropdown box and follow the prompts to complete your deposit payment online.

Use our Reservation Fee Form if you're paying by check or money order.
*Students submitting deposits for special programs (Honors and Pathways) have to be admitted to those programs, in addition to being admitted to the College. Submitting a deposit does not automatically enroll a student in the special program. Please contact the Admissions Office with any questions, 845-398-4100.

Apply for Financial Aid
We ask students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form so we can review them for all forms of aid. Find all the important details on our FAFSA page. Our code is 002832. For NY State residents, our TAP code is 0830.
Schedule a Visit

The Office of Student Activities will send you information about the Registration Fairs to be held over the summer, and the The Spartan Journey Orientation Program which will be held in late summer. Orientation is a required event for all new students, residents and commuters. It is a very important first stepping-stone in your becoming a Spartan and preparing for your first week of classes.
Orientation will be a festival to celebrate your arrival as a member of our STAC family, including concerts and comics, parties and picnics! You will get to meet your faculty, review your schedule, get to know your classmates, receive your Spartan ID Card, and much more.
Orientation will run this year from Thursday, September 1 to Monday, September 5. The First Year Student Convocation will be held on Thursday, September 8 on campus.
