"The Happy Fleet", is a car parade, that will travel from STAC to the home of Teagen Walsh in Orangeburg, at 1:45 pm, to surprise Tegan and other seriously ill children in Rockland County.
It's a fantastic event, that will bring spirit and support to many children who need it.
