STAC Ranked in The Top Half of Money’s "Best Value" List

Out of 88 colleges in New York State and over 700 colleges and universities in total, St. Thomas Aquinas College has ranked in the top half of Money's “Best Colleges for Your Money” issue. The College’s VP for Enrollment Management, Michael DiBartolomeo, commented on this success: “We are happy to make Money's top value colleges list. With the rising costs to attend college, St. Thomas Aquinas College strives to offer a top-notch education for a great value. To be ranked in the top half of all schools validates our efforts.”

According to Money, “Six out of 10 parents of college-bound students surveyed by Sallie Mae this spring said they worried about how the pandemic will affect college affordability. To help families navigate these challenges, Money’s seventh annual Best Colleges for Your Money offers a practical analysis of over 700 four-year colleges.”

The College will continue to support students and families directly impacted by COVID-19 and the issues of Social Justice and Equity in our communities. President Kenneth Daly states: “I am committed to helping students navigate current societal challenges by providing access to affordable education to prepare them for college, community service, and career success.”

Money analyzes schools throughout the country that successfully combine quality and affordability. In this year’s 2020-2021 “Best Colleges in America, Ranked by Value” standings, Money weighed over 20,000 data points, including career earning, tuition fees, and family borrowing.
