STAC Ranked Among Top Colleges by MONEY for 2019-2020

Once again, St. Thomas Aquinas College has ranked in the top grade of MONEY's “Best Colleges for Your Money” issue. The College’s VP for Enrollment Management, Michael DiBartolomeo, commented, “We are happy to make MONEY's top value colleges list. With the rising costs of attending college, St. Thomas Aquinas College strives to offer a top-notch education for a great value. To be ranked in the top quarter of all schools ranked validates our efforts.”

According to MONEY, “More than one-third of parents surveyed by Gallup last spring said they were anxious about paying for their children’s college. That’s no surprise: after years of continuous increases, college sticker prices are so high now that only families who have saved significantly for 18 years or who are independently wealthy can afford to pay them outright.

MONEY magazine analyzes schools throughout the country that successfully combine quality and affordability. In this year’s 2019-2020 rankings, MONEY weighed over 19,000 data points, including graduation rates, tuition fees, and financial aid, family borrowing, and career earnings. In addition, the data points draw on the research and advice of dozens of the nation’s top experts on education quality, financing, and value, to develop a unique analysis of over 700 of the nation’s best-performing colleges.
