St. Thomas Aquinas College's Spartan Athletics Department is proud to announce the addition of four new sports: Sprint Football, E-Sports, Women's Bowling, and Women's Triathlon. The Spartan Sprint Football team will become the first-ever collegiate football team in Rockland County history. The team is set to compete in the Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL) in the fall of 2018. Read more.


The Spartan online gaming eSports program will begin in the spring of 2018 semester. Adding eSports to the already existing men’s and women’s athletic programs gives the College the ability to offer the non-traditional student-athlete an experience that few schools in the tri-state area can offer. The Spartans introduced Women's Bowling as an official NCAA DII sport in the fall of 2017. Read more.
